1. Introduction & Purpose

Vizyta ("we", "our", or "the Platform") is a dedicated enterprise field-workforce management application designed specifically for authorized staff, field representatives, and administrators of educational marketing and publishing organizations.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when employees and staff use the Vizyta mobile application and web portal. Vizyta is provided for authorized business use under the direction and supervision of your employer or subscribing organization.

2. Information We Collect & Permissions Used

To fulfill its core functions of attendance verification and field visit reporting, the Vizyta app requests the following specific permissions:

Precise Location (GPS)

Foreground Only

Why it is needed: When field staff mark their daily attendance or record a school visit, Vizyta captures their precise coordinates to verify physical presence at the specified school campus.

No Continuous Background Tracking: Location is only requested at the moment you actively perform a check-in or visit submission. We do not track your location in the background or during off-hours.

Camera & Photographs

Optional / Required for Visit Proof

Why it is needed: Staff can capture photos of school buildings, meetings, and visit documentation as proof of attendance and field interaction.

No Personal Gallery Access: The app only accesses the camera when you take a photo within the app. Your personal photos and media gallery are never scanned or uploaded.

Employee & Account Information

Organization-Provisioned

What is stored: Full name, corporate email address, employee ID, assigned territory, and role (Staff, Manager, Director).

Accounts are created and managed by your organization's administration. There is no public self-registration.

Tour Plans & Work Records

Business Operational Data

What is stored: Scheduled visit days, planned educational institutions, discussion objectives, visit timestamps, and verification notes submitted in the course of employment.

3. Organization Governance & Data Retention Policy

Vizyta is an enterprise business application. Please note the following important operational principles:

Employer-Managed Accounts: Accounts on Vizyta are provisioned directly by the registered company or educational organization. Staff cannot publicly register or transfer accounts.
Official Business Records: All attendance logs, submitted school visit proofs, travel records, and tour plans constitute official company operational records required for business auditing, payroll computation, and compliance.
Account Deactivation & Offboarding: Individual staff members cannot unilaterally delete completed visit history or company logs. When an employee leaves the organization, their account is deactivated and archived directly by the organization administrator in accordance with the company's employment and retention policies.
Data Inquiries: Staff members seeking corrections or reviews of their personal profile information should contact their organization's HR or Vizyta administrator.

4. Data Security & Third-Party Services

We implement industry-standard technical measures to keep your data safe and confidential:

Encrypted in Transit: All data exchanged between the Vizyta mobile application, web portal, and servers is strictly encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
Secure Cloud Infrastructure: Database records and uploaded media are hosted on secure, isolated cloud servers with strict role-based access control.
No Third-Party Sale: We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal or business data to advertisers or third-party data brokers.
Service Sub-processors: We utilize reliable enterprise infrastructure providers including Google Maps Platform (for address lookup and map display) and Shorebird (for critical over-the-air security patches).
